Our Services
Basic Key Holding: 25€ per month - This small administration fee ensures that your key is kept in a secure location and we can be available to sign your key out to other parties upon request. EC Property Services is then available to answer any enquiries you may have.
Bronze Package: 35€ per month - Offers same service as key holding but in addition you will receive a monthly check of your property, including: opening windows to air property for duration of visit, checking utilities (electricity, gas, water, telephone), flushing toilets & runing water to prevent odours, watering house & terrace pots, general check of walls, etc (for any humidity or damage). Iif any problem is found, we immediately communicate it to the owner.
Silver Package: 50€ per month - As with bronze package but you will receive two inspections a month and we will scan your utility bills plus any other mail, at your request, to send it to you.
Gold Package: 80€ per month - As with Silver package but in addition Gold members will receive one free shopping service per month and 4 inspections per month.
